This is a fairly old manga.

It was about some slob living alone in an apartment and working a shitty job in some small factory.
But at home he lives a life in VR and hangs out with one of his only friends who is very wealthy.
I think there was a major plot point around girlfriends that you could get as programs to live with in VR.
I remember there being a lot of memes surrounding this one at the time.
