I am looking for a specific Yaoi manga. The main character works in a restaurant and has a fear of foreigners. The fear was brought on by being sexually assaulted while training to be a chef in Paris. The MC, while working meets the love interest who is a foreigner while at work, and is coerced into letting him spend the night at his place. It turns out through misunderstandings and what not, that the 'love interest' saved him after the assault.

MC goes to an island in his brother's (who I believe or remember to be a racer of some sort) place to break up with his brother's boyfriend, but MC ends up falling in love with the boyfriend. The boyfriend finds out and rapes him and then they make up. However, the brother shows up to get back with said boyfriend, MC tries to bow out and gets stranded in a broken boat, just to be saved by 'love interest.
