Custom RSS Feed - For Reading and Wish lists

It is great to get info in my email or RSS reader about all the new releases but is can get confusing to sort through it all, is it possible to get a feed for each user that lists new releases for any of the watched or reading listings of that user?
If it could be done it would be a great help.
