Highly doubtful that the Quincy-looking person is Aizen, but the new group is certainly German. Wonder where this is going... Next chapter, come sooner!

but i really didn't like this chapter... it's like nothing really happened, we don't learn anything and it's really like, all of a sudden, without any intro, the best of the best just pops out of nowhere...
personally I'm kinda disappointed by kubo-sensei last arcs... it feels just like a bunch of idea that don't have the time to fully develop... well I hope the end will be the best ever !!!

I don't speak German - just a few words - but I'm pretty sure that the chapter title, "kriegserklarung" is German: "declaration of war." And I'm not sure what "van den" is, but "reich" is pretty obviously german as well. So maybe "vanden" is just some silly, kubo-invented, german-sounding name for their group or movement or nation or whatever. Since the Quincys in Bleach have all used German for their spells and so forth, there has to be some kind of connection.

i can translate everything, but as a ntaive speaker i don´t know the word vanden. maybe it´s a mistranslation

And a Quincy vs Soul Society arc sounds much better than the whole Xcution thing.
