I can't remember much about it other than that it had a male protagonist and the story dealt with his dating life through different phases of his life. There were different girls he dated during different arcs. I think he made a mistake in his school years and never told a girl he liked her, but she appears later (older after some years) as one of the girls in one of the arcs.

Sorry for the poor details! This manga always stood out to me, so it would be great to find again.
