Guy A likes Guy B, so A confesses to B, but gets rejected. But then there is Guy C who is close to A, so B gets jealous and realizes he also likes A.

Guy A likes Guy B, but keeps it a secret since B doesn't see him that way. A is close to Guy C, which makes B jealous. So B realizes he likes A and says so later.

Guy B is popular, many like B. Guy A hates B, and B hates A. But story progress and something happens and A and B like each other.
