I think i'd like to have the ability to manipulate my own genes cause that way i could manipulate them to have any of the superpowers on that list (most of them do have a genetic origin) 😀

Time control is really cool, but i like i teleport/flying best.

if i could teleport things with out even touching them, then it would be perfect.

similar to Yumeji from Yumekui Merry or the one from Fairy Tail (from Grimoire Heart):

If that was true the person with the highest IQ would also be the most socially capable, and he clearly isn't. An intelligent person NEEDS knowledge to use his intelligence, he can't tell what someone he doesn't know anything about is thinking and he can't trace your whole personality just by talking to you for some hours. Saying and intelligent person wouldn't need mind reading that much would only be true if he had supreme intelligence and was all-knowing, a god. From that knowledge dependece you can trace the (in my opinion) greatest flaw of choosing to be very intelligent, even if you are very intelligent your other physical capabilities remain the same which would greatly limit the amount of knowledge you would be able to access...awesome intelligence = more curiosity but not that many ways to satisfy it. I can also tell you the reason why someone incredibly intelligent wouldn't be able to simply deduce all the knowledge, but that would make the post absurdly long.

I like mind reading and immortality, considering only the benefits, being immortal is better...but there are many downsides to being immortal...But maybe the downsides would fade with time... If on the day of the choosing I feel very brave I will be immortal, if I'm not that brave I would choose being able to read minds

I'd pick shapeshifting as long as I got all the abilities/powers of the form I took---like if I changed into another power-user, I'd be able to use their powers as well. Some might say it's unair, but I'd say it comes with the territory, it's like changing into an animal and being able to use its abilites (ie. sight, smell, hearing, etc...)

None, I would be like a transcendent Aptom from Guyver crossed with Don Fua (Gunnm: Last Order) and both Yujiro Hanma (Baki) and Kenshiro (HnK).

Also believe that both the question and answer could have been worded differently like say if you could choose any ability to be drunk with power on, would it be physical-based superpowers (strength, speed, dexterity, regeneration, etc), mental / psychic-based abilities (telekinesis / even tactile telekinesis, innate capability, mind-travelling, imaginator with only ones imagination being the limit, maybe even probability / luck, etc) or magic?
