Alright, there's gotta be something more to him than just a spectator with dual personalities. What's his origin? What are his powers? What will become of him in the future? So basically, this is just a Zetsu discussion thread.

but to stay on topic, i am quite interested as well...i want to know more.

i kinda like the idea that each atkatsuki has their own thread, its like we're building dossiers... intel and all the secret intelligence stuff

zetsu must be powerful if he can transport through the green. he sorta reminds me of swamp thing when alan moore revamped the series. he's just like a conscious force that exists as the green but can manifest in the shape of a man due to some freak accident as in the case of dr alec holland the swamp thing, or perhaps some villainous ninjas forbidden technique like zetsu for instance. for the most part zetsu just observes and reports but his observation skills are inhuman...oh yea and he eats dead bodies.

an after thought... he might be a jinchurikki, i believe there is a bijuu whom matches zetsu's odd characteristics.

i like the idea as well, but when it comes to the amount of spam posts lately(yes, i know, I've been in that catagory(sp?) lately as well.) its not such a good idea...

i am not sure, but maybe they use the Bijuu's they extract and implant them into members of their group...

i'd guess plant based attacks? but so far given his appearences and past exploits i'd say he has specialties in genjutsu and evading. doen't seem like he's strong in direct combat.
