You thinking of Mark of the Succubus? I've never read anything with Succubus in them so I'm just going off of descriptions.

The guy's sister does mercenary work, the guy also knows martial arts, needs to help her get over her androphobia, her brother and his sister work together and scheme a lot. As for the closet otaku bit, a girl introduces her to some yaoi mangas, it was there somewhere near the early episodes. She also gets snagged in a lint roller, although it was weird, it gave out a long stretchy sticky thing
