Is it just scanlation manga should included on the reading/finished/unfinished list or all manga including unscanlated one that i read/finish/abandon ?

Reading list is the one you use to list manga you are currently reading which are ongoing

Complete list is the one you use for manga you've read completely finished/scanlated

Wish list is for not yet scanlatated manga you want to read

Unfinished list are manga you stopped halfway reading because you didn't like it

Technically speaking, you can put whatever you want on your lists...
