A while ago now I saw a raw chapter of an action manga that looked interesting enough to check out. For some reason, I've only just know remembered it.

It was quite violent, though there wasn't an excess of blood. A girl with pistols that had textured areas around the barrel (presumably for striking people with) and another woman fought some guy in a hooded jacket and beat him. The combat scenes were fairly acrobatic in nature. A little bit later, one of the women got shot just by a guy who looked like a junkie, just while she was standing there (this part was fairly bloody). In fact, she spoke to him beforehand and didn't even seem afraid. It was fascinatingly anti-climatic and unusally frank in its depiction of a gun as a dangerous killing machine, regardless of how badass the target may be. The chapter ended as the police were examing her body.

The girl was in a yukata if I'm not mistaken. She doesn't get shot until about chapter 13 or so.
