My nick came by way of Disney's Mulan -- it's the name of the historical / fictional character Hua Mulan. I started using in 2003 on a now-defunct Hana Yori Dango forum (hence, the "03") and it sorta... stuck.

When I was in college I used to chat in chat rooms. Every name I came up with was already taken. My bf came up with my name because he said I am just like a backlash, whatever is thrown my way I throw back but harder.

67 came about because he was going to be perverted and use 69 but my email address was going to match my username so he didn't want people getting the wrong ideal about me. I have used Backlash67 as a username for accounts for over 11 years and have had the same email address for the same amount of time.

I have been told I have an uncanny resemblance to Sarutobi Asuma from Naruto. Beard, slick black hair, athletic build, like to knuckle (fight), and used to smoke a lot. My Real name is Vincent........VinceAsuma seemed to make sense. (PS never smoked tobacco) 😀

there's nothing interesting about my user name. before i used all kinds of nicknames like xtasygirl or soulbehindmask. i thought they were cool, but someone told me why don't i use my own name. he convinced me and i also thought that those names don't really fit me... so since then i use my name and it's good for me.

I choose my username because at the moment my cousin is over and she wanted to know something about japanese suffixes('cause she knows Im taking japanese) and I helped her with it. Then she said that in her cellphone she was adding the suffixes to her friends names and came to mine as "Kaito" and asked if girls could have '-kun' as a suffix and I said yes('cause we can, like boys can have '-chan' for a suffix just not many people usually switch them because they keep things the same) and thats how you get "Kaito-Kun".

I've used this for other sites also without reaziling it 'cause my friends and I all took parts of our names and tryed the make the sound japanese(we are truely bored at times) and I couldn't think of one so my friend said 'Kaito' 'cause it kinda sound like my name and its stuck.

I was going to use my favorite RPG char. but it was taken.
