It's a made up name, from of "Rio Kikaru." It uses the Japanese naming order, so "Kikaru" is the first name.

• Just to clarify, I made up "Rio Kikaru" as well, but it's a little long to use.

my username is obviusly from bleach. hinamori is my favorite character even before i learned her name and started reading the manga and as 4 the 10. well it was originally because episode 10of fruits basket was my favorite then i read in the manga of bleach and learned that hitsugaya, the guy that likes hinamori was the captain of division 10. kinda funny how that works 😀 😀 😀 😀
