There's this one particular manga that I read a while ago, the story is about roommates (both female).
One of the girls made jelly or something that was a failed experiment, since the other girl is in love with that girl, she ate the jelly so that it doesn't go to waste and slowly became a jelly/slime girl.

Its ecchi and if i remember correctly, it only had like 10 chapters
