I'm looking for a yaoi manga I read a long time ago and felt like rereading again.

I'm fairly certain the seme was a jack-of-all trades worker (or maybe a florist?!) and the uke had called for an help/deliveries because of loneliness or something. The uke was a beautiful fairly high-up business man.

In the last chapter or so, it's an epilogue of how they are happy and in love and the uke is working really hard for a promotion because the seme sometimes will roleplay during sex and calls him by his business title. This makes him embarrassed because when other workers call him by his title he thinks about the seme and sex. His getting promotion backfires though because his lover then starts calling him by that new title and makes the uke feel embarrassed all over again.
