A few days ago (read a month ago) I was reading a manga where the MC was an Assassin who just retired after killing the demon king. The Mc decides that he wants a quiet life and starts working at the adventurer's guild as a receptionist. He's living with a demon/ succubus (Don't remember) who can transform into a cat. Last I read it was around 3-4 chapters long. The first chapter ended with him teleporting with his cloak. the 2nd chapter was him being interviewed by a tough lady who was the guild headmaster, who he managed to outsmart and got the job. Th third was his first day at the guild where he brings forward a fault of an adventurer regarding some herbs which he brought and makes a what others think is joke about eating a poison pill for failure. The same adventurers latr after being egged on by a senior guildmate stat harassing him but he manages to knock them out swiftly and bones a female guildmate who also happens to be a crush of the guildmate ho as egging the adventurers earlier.
