Help finding this manhwa (I think)

I really not so sure about this but I think this story was a manhwa.
It was about two guys that always act as they hate each other but in the end they were in love and ended in a relationship. If I remember correctly they had sex in a hotspring.
Also they both have sons that also ended together. One of the son was fat and after some weird training he lost the weight and has sex with the other guy. At the end he returned to be fat again XD
I think this story is easy to find but my brain is not working right now and I can't find the freaking name T____T
So...help?
