I'm looking for the name of this manga I read a while back. The two leads were in the army; one was a sadistic commander and the other was his subordinate.

I know in the first chapter that the sub goes to deliver a package to the commander but the guy isn't there. Instead, the sub finds a picture of the commander smiling because he apparently never does. The subordinate then starts masturbating to the photo only to have the commander walk in.

Any ideas as to what manga this is?
