[Suggestion] Hide User Comments section Option on release pages

A search for 'hide comments' didn't seem to bring up anything relevant.
How about a User CP option to hide the User Comments section on manga pages?
With the above hidden, the new layout would look like this:

Forum Posts
(User Comments)
Submit Rating
Submit Comment
Being able to view only your own comment on each release page could also be an option, I suppose.
