There’s this manga I read a while back about a cop (I think) who is in love with his female friend but he never made a move. She invited him out to dinner and she told him she is getting married. He was sad n torn because he lost his chance

The wedding party was at a restaurant and the guy who owns it is friends with the woman’s fiancé I think.

Anyways I don’t know how it happened but the cop and the restaurant owner ended up having sex and the owner had invited him back over to get some left overs. I think the owner speciality was making pasta or something.
