Someone relayed to me a summary of a manga (but couldn't recall the title) where two guys and a girl are stranded on an island and are part of a cult called something like, "Happy". They're not allowed to have romantic relationships or something, but one of the guys and the girl eventually do and drama ensues. Any ideas?
