Im looking for this manga title with this plot/storyline

• The MC is male salaryman which on his way back to his apartment he meet with runaway highschooler girl
• The MC ask the girl to his apartment
• The runaway girl feel thankful for the MC kindness and offer her body for him,
• The MC turn down the offer as is too silly
• Turn out the girl has been living that live since her runaway from her parent
• Somehow The MC and The Girl decided to living together
• I think it's quite new manga published in 2018/2019
