I could also make tuts on how to do some of these positions for people that don't have Photoshop because it's @#$&ING expensive

Clip studio paint 49$ version for redrawer
Maybe Gravit Designer (free) for lettering (if the fonts are available)
Even Canva could do lettering.

I think that making Photoshop mandatory stops people from helping

I mean really how closely do people scrutinize the art sincei these they aren't paid positions

Or have a few levels of redrawers beginner and advanced get the beginner to do as much as they can and pass difficult parts to a more advanced mods.

GIMP and CSP can do Photoshop files

Then I'd say when it's done do lettering in either GIMP or Gravit on a PNG
Lettering on Gravit would be easier if I can remember

Canva (free online) could be a good lettering app maybe better for beginners and it has a lot of cool things.
