Like the title says I think the current scanlator should be Ralen or at least Yotsuba Scans & Ralen.
This is because Yotsuba Scans just redistribute Ralen's work (see http://yotsumanga.wordpress.com/about/)

I manage the web-site. Ralen does not wish to be credited. Plus, I have added per Ralen's request of links to the respective image boards, on the web-site and within each of his translations works (zip file). We have already come to an agreement on the matter.

Plus, the situation is the same as /u/ Scanlations who distributed works by translators from /u/. Again, those translators were never credited within the translation or otherwise.
