What is the best way to translate a dialect or accent of the original language that is not the norm (e.g., Kansai-ben)?
Different country's English accent (e.g., Irish or Australian)
Different American regional accent (e.g., Southern)

lately the art of this manga has been starting to annoy me idk imo its just has a little bit to much of a shojo style what do you guys think

You also have to remember that a large percentage of khr fans are female (and yaoi fangirls) so Amano-sensei probably started making the characters prettier to satisfy the fangirls. At least that's what I think.
