I think the kiss at the end was a "goodbye" kiss like what sion did earlier on. I don't really think it was a romantic kiss. and i think inukashi
who is a girl i'm pretty sure has a thing for nezumi haha i'm sad it ended so soon. i wonder if the novels end the same?

Nope, novel ending is pretty much the same. I remember reading somewhere that Atsuko Ayano purposely made BL undertones, so I'm pretty sure NezuShi canon. Also, the novel ending is pretty much shouts the pairing. Spoilers for Novel ending:
"Nezumi, I’ll be waiting.
No matter how many years pass, no matter how old I get, I’ll be waiting here for you.

The anime was so stupid.
It was like one fucking long yaoi.
Also, in the last episode:

Well, I don't think the novel will be as shallow (and by 'shallow' I'm not referring to the BL subtext) or as rushed as the anime. I mean -- 9 volumes of text must have more substance than eleven 25-minute episodes, right?
Nostalgia on 9th Avenue is currently translating the novel, and imo it's much better than the anime or the manga. There's a lot more detail and greater elaboration on the plot points, as far as I can see.

Very true. Fujoshi insanity is pretty repulsive; but to be fair -- ecchi fans aren't much better are they? A couple shots of naked women, their exposed breasts and their underwear, and the majority of male viewers are sold! 🤣

wtf im a fujoshi but i didnt know this was bl when watching the anime.i watched it for the story line plot and art and its my favourite anime.boys are just stupid cause in most of the things they watch they just want to see boob or pant flashes and thats enough for them.i personally hate ecchi but so many boys love it its annoying.i think its only those that cant get girlfriends so they sit around watching/reading ecchi and insulting [great] animes that they cant even produce up to quarter the quality of

you should probably take my age into consideration im 12.and even my 12 yearold friends hate korra i mean its for kids and avatar was way better but i dont diss it.you overgeneralised with an s all fujoshis which was what irritatated me.you also maentioned saying ecchi had good art.shounen ai can have great art but you dont mention that do you.ecchi is just fan service for boys who are willing to buy it
