I'm not sure about this one either, but I'll give it a try anyway. It's not about a company president, but a teacher. Take a look at Retsujou Kyoumushitsu. If that's not the right one, you'll probably find it interesting anyway because it's along the same lines. (Actually, in this one it's the uke who's the teacher and is attracted to little boys while the seme feels that he's not cute enough.)
