I read a manga/webtoon recently about a FL that experienced some sort of scandal in her career (think she was an actress) but she is invited to play in a new game show to compete against other girls. They end up being transported back in time - not realizing that their actions result in real consequences (death for example). The emperor/king is pretending to be sick to weed out his enemies and FL takes care of him until it's revealed he is fine. She declined a reward to not make herself a target. During the series, an "audience" comments on the events of the show as if it was a Livestream. It had great art and a good storyline- I've been searching for it for months!
