Read this manga over 5 years ago...

It's a shoujo manga with a good looking female character who swaps her body with one of her male classmates. I don't remember much of it aside from it having a love square. At some point, they returned to their own bodies. I last remember the girl was in the infirmary after passing out from something and either the male lead or his friend was there with her.
