Well, I just watched the sub for The Wind Rises, and it was really good. But then I've also recently watched Princess Mononoke. (I'm not linking because I don't know which ones have and don't have a page, just in case). So, the subs are good, but is it just me, or are all the guys pretty soft-spoken. I mean, it's good, but I just wanted opinions, you know? Ashitaka has a pretty light voice, even in the beginning when he's in a little action, and so does Shawn (don't remember Japanese name) from The Secret World of Arietty. I'm mostly talking about the main leads, now, because I'm thinking about Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind doesn't really...well, maybe it's just me. I don't know. Any other thoughts?
"'The lives I've taken will be paid for with my own life.' That's one way to look at it...but it doesn't mean they come back once you die. Lives can also be paid for by the sword; by redeeming yet other lives. That is why 'Hitokiri Battousai' is still alive in the Meiji Era."
