no, he means for re-releases by publishers that change the numbering from the original tankouban. Bunkoban have more chapters in each one and thus the total number of volumes decreases. Same thing happens with kanzenban and wide-ban

The original release (both in Japanese and English by Tokyopop) has 10 Volumes. Whereas the Wideban re-release (both in Japanese and English by Del Rey) has 8 Volumes.
