On small ones the nipples are more pronounced. Nothing really does it more for me than a really erect nipple! So I suppose my preference would be small, but not Loli! (My wife is a reasonable handful, her nipples get really big when she's really excited, and that always makes me more excited. When she's merely doing it for the sake of doing it, they don't make as much of an impact, so to speak, and I become perfunctory as a result.) (If she ever reads this I'm dead!)
In my experience some women with really large breasts are so paranoid about them that they won't let anyone near them. I had one girlfriend who was so worked up about them that I had to promise not to touch them in case she threw up!
