hmmm, agreed. A B-cup can look fairly monstrous on a small-framed girl, and nearly invisible on a taller, large-framed girl. Honestly, I'm not very good at making any sort of decisions, so I don't really have a preference one way or another; there's much more to a woman than her tits. That said, I suppose a C-cup would be ideal on a light-to-mid frame girl about 5'7", based on the girls that I know.
