I read this yaoi/shounen-ai back then about a seme who is in love with the uke. The uke is the seme's brother's classmate and I think the uke likes the seme's classmate. The uke comes over their house frequently. One day, I think the seme kissed the uke and the uke fled. Many years later, the seme is now working and a new neighbor moved in his apartment complex. It was the uke who he hasn't seen in many years and the seme is still in love with him. In the end, the seme aske the uke to reject him properly so that he can move on and the uke rejects him.

I remember a scene where the uke was outside his apartment because he's hearing thing inside and he thinks it's a ghost. He asks the seme's help and it turned out to be a plastic making the sound.

I think the seme has white/grey hair and the uke has black hair.
