So years ago I read a manga about two boys. One boy was blonde and a writer, with a creepy manager if I am remembering correctly. And the other boy had dark hair and did judo. The dark haired boy also had a friend who did girl's judo who had a huge obvious crush on him. I think the dark haired guy was kinda dumb and dense. And I think the blonde guy had a crush on him?? Or at least it was hinted at.

I could tell it was older by the art style. This is all I can remember and its been bugging me for years. I remember it being funny and a fun read.
