I really don't have too many details but there was a manga I saw posted on 4chan years ago and people were talking about how it's like the original shonen manga and how it influenced everything that came after it. At least I think it was shonen. I think sun or phoenix was in the title but I'm not certain. Really vague I know but that's all I recall it's really fuzzy in my memory

Best guess? Hi no Tori by Tezuka Osamu... but then again he pretty much pioneered every genre there is ...

As far I know, there's several manga influenced other manga, as example Dragon Ball, Hokuto no Ken and Jojo no Kimyou na Bouken
these 3 mangas known for gave a big impact in Shounen manga industry. Hope it helps
