I cant seem to remember the name of the manga, it was about a male university student that has a female student tell him they are lovers/married or something. The manga was republished under a different name and had a prequel showing how they had met each other and fell in love in highschool(maybe not sure). I thought Nande Koko ni Sensei ga!? was the prequel but i guess i remembered wrong. 😢
