The most annoying thing is when a villain that's been planning something for years is stopped in a fight or two like the butler from Hellsing or Aizen.
Well actually it took pretty annoyingly long to stop Aizen lol >> . And i don't mind this cause it's understandable that it's much easier to destroy something than it is to create it.
When after the protagonist defeats the strongest hero/person/alien ever, there is someone who will come and beat him.
Beliefs are what divide people. Doubt unites them.

When the villain seen super-hyper-mega-invincibly-powerful, the hero get a power up and win, after that an even more super-hyper-mega-invincibly-powerful villain come in again and beat the hero easily....
Well, in fact, it's what most shonen are about unfortunately...

I hate when its like a romance shounen and i swear all the guys look the same, UGLY! (to me whos a mega shoujo/yaoi fan)
And then like they always like the girl with either HUGE or small boobs. oh and she of course shes like pretty, never average.
ohh and like the guy is so pathetic that he can't even talk to her...
but the worst shounen cliche was in a mangas whos name i forgotten
the girl gets like molested or touched or almost beat-up by KIDS
yes.. KIDS!!! (it was not hentai it was echii)
why kids?
Oh and the guy ALWAYS ends up with the girl who shows the most,
great lesson for kids 🙂 (not)

I agree with the 'NEVER KILL ANYONE' thing. Gets on my nerves.
Eh, I like fail Shounen cliches.
It's what makes most of Shounen...Shounen.
That said, I do get a little annoyed if/when the male lead is extremely indecisive about his relationship choices, not really sure if that's a cliche, though.

well I do hate underaged superpowerfull kid, and more when there is about 30 guys who are strong in the same school..I mean I too was once an high school kid and to be frank..on about 30 person maybe 2 were doing martial art and on the two only one was doing it since more than 2 years..so how the hell can almost all the kids in manga be top ranking martial artist and all have super inner talent for it...
-never kill anyone? sounds like batman -__-''
i hate big mouth who talks more they act, i mean the time he loses on babbling the bad guy could have done all possible think..hum that one sounded like naruto o_O''
I hate shallow moral given by the main character to ''open the eyes of the bad guy'' when it actualy work in the end...half of it could have been found by a 5 years old kids..

I hate it when the bad guy lets the protagonist get away saying "let him him go, he won't be able to stop my evil plan anyway"...
But guess what? The protagonist has learned a super secret ancient powerfull skill that kills the bad guy and destroys his masterplan in the end,

So it's bad that they like the girls with either BIG boobs or Small boobs.. you can't win. Man, you can easily level the same things at the shoujo except its even worst.
Basically I think that's such a misconception. The guys aren't ugly, they just aren't drawn as off as the guys in shoujo, and the style tends to be more cartoony. Most of these guys are kids who are asking a girl out for the first time. Not to mention, almost every guy ever was probably feeling nervous the first time he asked out a girl he really liked.
And what the hell is the girl that shows the most? Skin? that can't be right, cause that's totally wrong. Affection? that's not right either.
on the overall topic, I'm indifferent to most of these. A guy not killing makes sense if it's in our world. Or any world with a police and government and he's already beaten. Plus manga isn't like comics where you encounter the same super villains a couple of times a year for years on.
Only thing I dislike is the lack of stories where the characters don't physically magically level up. Where the gain skill and strength but y'know one piece could have been a cool manga to me if it wasn't about super secret techniques that don't seem to be belong in a pirate setting. I'm not saying anything bad about one piece that's just what I'm using as an example.

Transfer students! Every character is in school and don't look their age. The idiotic best friend (male). Girls wearing bloomers or extremely short skirts. Bumping into a girl and a face or hand lands somewhere absurdly inappropriate (they fall onto each other in the 69 position. That's one hell of a fall). It's always about school. Does school suck so bad that they have to make ridiculous scenarios? Also, every protagonist "an average, normal student trying to live a peaceful life."
End of civilization scenario
"Oh, this store has food in it, but everyone within 100 sq km is dead. I better leave some money for taking what I need just in case the owners body is reanimated and he has to pay bills." 🙄
Epic end of fight scenario
Protagonist: "You killed my family in front of me and nearly killed me, too. Now I beat you."
Antagonist: "I've learned my lesson. Let's be BFFs!"
Together: "BFF foreveeeerrrr!"
Also, tsunderes. They are overused and just stupid.
"I-it's not l-like I did it for you, or anything... stupid!"
This line is a must with ANY tsundere.
Lastly, Shounen is predictable. Painfully so.

When the autor wastes time explaining how the enemy is strong, talented and experienced. It doesn't matter, the hero always wins! bonus points if the hero uses the same move/tactic the enemy has, just better. Plus most of time the hero doesn't even lose the first fight so he can get better, said strong, talented and experienced foe loses right away...

When there are no real enemies because you just know every opponent will not only be beaten but will also be turned into a buddy or an ally soon after. As a result, there is zero drama and less than zero tension. (Probably that's what makes me like revenge freaks like Sasuke, they aren't so damn ready to forget and forgive.) I also noticed this trend is stronger in recent manga, old titles like Yu Yu Hakusho (<3 that one) don't feature it as a regular plot device quite that often.
The idiotic best friend (male). -- seconding this. Boring boring boring.
Protagonist who lack drive and ambition: no matter what happens, they want to be ordinary people leading ordinary lives. It's fine when the protagonist is a battle weary experienced person like in Gintama, but when he's just a school boy who has never experienced anything more exciting than a ball game? No way.
Also I don't like it when there is a secondary female character who is lauded as a great warrior or a powerful mage, and then she does nothing at all and needs to be saved anyway. Don't make her sound so kickass then, it's nothing but a disappointment.

I hate cliche when the hero beats all of the strongest enemy, and his friends just beat twinkle little ant.
I also hate cliche whre the hero appears when his friends got cornered, say something like "you got busy just by this?" with smile in face trying comforting his friends but just make his friend seem like a chicken 🤢
I also hate scene where he moves other people just by cried some words 🤢
or hero that a chicken at first, doesn't realize his super-duper ability while others amazed oof his power 🤢 hiiiisssccchhhh

Another thing i find a bit annoying, although it isn't a big deal, is that when there's a naked girl, her nipples are always so conveniently covered by her hair or steam or something else lmao. Even though I'm not a fan of big breasts, i still find it a bit annoying 😔
Also when the main character fights and wins, instead of killing the other guy he says a few lame cliche things and the other guy has some kind of miraculous revelation and they become bff's >>
