Worst SHOUNEN Cliche

Not really. At least not the worst or most lamest one 😮
Maybe not the lamest, but still an incredibly unrealistic, and sometimes moment-killer one.
I'm really tired of the Tsundere Protagonist that wants to make the MC her servant, it's way too overdone and sometimes the characters are so similar it seems like plain old plagiarism, not to mention that i never much liked the idea. Toradora has been the only one i enjoyed within this sub-genre
Lately I'm founding out a lot of manga with "good" ideas or original MCs that totally ruin themselves to me with that Tsundere super girl with a childish side that is so common now days.
And what with that "I going to make you my dog, servant, familiar, subordinate, slave, et cetera" shit, is there such a baste Masochist public? yuck.
also, all the others deres are starting to get overused too, especially the Kuudere.

Nakama power (Fairy Tail)... There is really nothing worse than that. NOTHING.
That does get really annoying, and I read FT like it is water in the desert. Definitely worst shounen cliche ever.
Also am not a fan of random stripping/fanservice/unproportional bodies.

Big difference between unproportional bodies and gravity defying breasts.

definitely nakama punch from Fairy Tail, I mean friends are important and you should always stand up for them but omg this manga takes to a level that makes me wanna puke

I really hate the 'friend' cliche like fairy tail. Also, I think the worst cliche is that the main character talks to the villian and the villain then joins the MC side

What I hate the most is when a manga starts off which a really interesting and badass main character but then almost immediately gets a tag on girl character. Somehow he's in a village, saves the town from a bad guy and then a girl that he just met decides that she needs to tag along with him when he leaves to travel around.
I wouldn't mind it so much if the girl could take care of herself but when she's just a burden that needs to be protected and complains, it's just annoying. Whenever I see characters like that I just drop the manga right away.
Another thing that bothers me is the cliched fight where a weak character is told to hide (because they're useless) so that the protagonist can concentrate on the fight, only for the weak character to scream their name at some point, get them distracted and then consequently either impaled or injured in some way because they stupidly distracted them in a crucial moment.

That Nakama punch / Friendship was the biggest reason I gave up on Fairy Tail! I am surprised I was able to read 150 chapters! >_<

I hate it the most when the main characters meet a villain and get utterly defeated. Then the next meeting the main character suddenly got stronger then defeat the villain. and this scenario happen again in the next arc. It gets me a headache when this happen. The best example of this is Fairy Tail. 🤢

...
Well if there are cliches that are overdone in shounen mangas it"s all those cookie cutter characters. Any shounen that doesn't rely on tsundere/loli/megane/ditz types or whatever, are a step up in quality/originality in my book. Even their subversions/parodies are overdone.

I couldn't agree more with the nakama thing. Makes me want to punch through ten walls =_=*
The fanservice and stripping is okay, but unproportionate bodies make me cringe - which is why as much as everyone tells me the plot of One Piece is GREAT, I CAN'T read it T_T

i think even worse than the "nakama power" is that every enemy in the world can be recruited to become one of those nakama.... dude who risked his life and spent 10 years on a plot(pretty much the entire life).... oh wait i lost a fist fight, gotta go drop everything and be best friends with him 0-o.
the least they can do is make it like dbz where it takes a few years of warming up, dont have the guy hopeful of world conquest give it up in 30 secs just to be a supporting cast to some random annoying crap with no worldly experience and no ability to see anything outside of black and white -_-
oh and @ the one piece thing. they are surprisingly tasteful with how they manage the nakama power. it's still there, but its just them willing to take a blow to help a friend... pretty much it. they dont get unexplained bursts of power from seeing another hurt, and actually any time they do rage after someone gets beat badly, they usually get beat themselves. rage in that show usually lowers their ability to fight overall. basically one piece is the best case scenario of nakama power(a guy willing to walk through hell for his friends, not an immature annoyance that cries and rages getting 10x power when one dies)(oh and just an add in, i can actually handle that latter one as well when it is handled like it was in yuyu hakusho. almost drowned myself at the end of the dark tournament saga T_T)

That one girl in the manga/anime that is useless and powerless, whines/cries and waste unnecessarily time.

Main character is beaten half to death. However, the main villain never takes the full initiative to kill.

the bad guy ... being so bad that he have to explain why he is bad and waste enough time for the good guy to either recuperate some of his strengh or for friends to save him. 😀
