I arrange the manga in folder by Title, then in those folders I arrange the chapters in folders of Volumes such as "Vol.1" and in those folders I have the chapters in the name of "Name_Volume_Chapter_[Group].zip" in ZIP format using no compression. And in the ZIP folders the pages are named "name-vol-ch-page.png" or similar.

Complete volumes that I enjoyed I leave them in external hd. I don't bother keeping ones that entertain me the most when I delete them.

I save the good manga and delete the medium/bad ones. I tend to run out of space due to other interests besides manga though so I only dedicate 50 GB of hdd space to it, thus deleting is a matter of course for me.

I never unpack manga if I can read it without doing it, I keep the original files, even if they are a rar with a folder inside containing chapter zips of each chapters folder and BMP images...

Pretty much the same thing everyone else does. Shove it into a folder.
Organized by series title. Completed series go into a completed folder. Oneshots go under oneshots.
I don't burn anything onto CD/DVD.

i put them in categories.

plus the folder is located in my share document

my share document -> lloovvee cutie =33 ->

Ongoing -> Mature
-> Yaoi
-> Shoujo
-> Shounen

Completed/Dropped -> Mature
-> Yaoi
-> Shoujo
-> Shounen

each series in the category have the title/name. then inside it will be volume 1 -> chapter 1 ect ect ect.

ORGANIZE =D

Right after downloading I usually copy it to a thumb drive and transfer it to my old laptop where I unzip and read it then delete it.

I store it all still compressed on one of my backup drives on my desktop though. Each series in it's own folder and all of it one manga folder. Same as I do with the anime I download, except with that I inevitably end up going through and deleting some shows because they just sit there taking up space. That shouldn't be a problem with manga though, it's much smaller.

I just read them and delete them. I have a folder for rar files and I store the ones I haven't read there. I used to store them in A-I and I-Z order but then it took to much space so I just try to memorize which mangas im reading plus I bookmark all their scanlators

Put files into folder "Documents/Manga/name of manga" read it asap, if it becomes my favourite and is long enough, I will definitely burn it in CD, if not... I just delete it someday

For series I'm reading online ahead of the scheduled releases in-sotres or for ones I can't find anywhere else (like unlicensed titles or doujins) I have a folder for Zip Files and they're all arranged alphabetically. When I read a newer chapter from a series I'll replace the older one I have in there (to help remind me of how far I've read for such-in-such series if there's a big gap in between reading). 😃 I'm fairly happy wiht the system I've worked out... but my old compy doesn't really agree. 🤢

Besides reading the manga, I like to store each series in a folder listed by it's name. If the series is pretty long with lots of chapters, ex: One Piece, I usually create a subfolder called "Ch 001-050, Ch 051-100, and etc... to organize the series.

Well, I like to keep the whole series till reading the last chapter before I delete it, because often times, it takes a long while before a release and the previous chapters help to refresh your memory or to be used for references in the story line.

The only thing I don't do is burn it. Even though the majority of the mangas I read are scanlated before the chapters are even licensed, I don't feel I have the right to keep it. So after the last chapter comes, it's all off to the recycle bin and bye-bye on my hard drive.

Read, find Easter eggs, put it into my Manga Library file, and laugh as the main character gets the hell beaten outta him numerous times over the course of the manga.
