Well, the end has come. Nice manga, some things were left unexplained i know i can't of any right now but i know i'll find them when (and if) i re-read the manga in as a whole.
I'd like to believe there will be an one-shot or no longer than 3vols second season cause I want clonnie or finally i can call it in a real way, I want the one and only Syaoran back as well as Sakura back, not 2 Tsubasas =p
Anyway, not "reaaally good" but good enough end.

Convoluted, weird and somewhat disturbing. Syaoran's the son of his clone and his girlfriend's clone. Incest and time paradox rolled into one. I really have to stop reading Clamp stories after a night of J&B. 🤢

Somehow I felt this is ok, but from I understand, this paradox of incest only exists on Syaoran's side because they didn't give birth to Sakura.

I would like to think there will, but have zero basis to say it will other than the last words of Sakura "We'll surely meet again" and the feeling of inconclusion. Other than that there is only hope.

I hope that there will be a one-shot or small amount of volumes as well, as I really want to no, DO THEY EVER FIND BODIES FOR THE CLONES?! 😕 😕
And I don't really think there is any incest, as the clones are COPIES, they aren't really the "real" beings, although they do become "real" beings over time, as the clone Sakura says when she tells the real Syaoron that she isn't "his" Sakura.
Well, that's what I think anyway....
keeps wishing for a continuation 😢

Ah. It wasn't as bad an ending as it could of been...and it could mean more stories? maybe...
Lalala~
Wow what the heck was that ending?
I haven't read this in ages but was excited to see that its finally ended!
So both their names are Tsubasa? The feathers are their souls and memories... OF THE WORLD?<---since they've traveled through dimensions?
As in they are the "Tsubasa Reservoir?" as in... reservoir for memories/souls? ...
So clamps works have the theme of "importance of a name" right? so like watanuki was what? april 1st? which just so happens to be sakura and syaoran's birthday too? so are they ALL from the same "soul reservoir"<--- ??????
I'm tired, I give up on trying to understand it.. but that's my take on it... o_O

The post above mine really makes a lot of sense to me.
But one thing I don't understand is
Where does the name Sakura come from? Yeah, she's Sakura the looks and all and We know that, but in the actual story, Syaorans clone, named his son after him, who was the real Syaoran after all, (Or maybe the name was given by Fujitaka, I don't really remember.) who in turn gave his name to his clone. But in this story where does Sakura's name come from? Clone Sakura never met the real Sakura when she was created. Yet they both called themselves Sakura.
Everything else made sense to me... kinda... in a weird convulted way. I also though that
Everyone but Sakura going back on a journey to find bodies for the clones was unnecessary. There was clones, and then they finally rejoined with the 'parent' body. That should have been enough. I am glad though that Kurogane stuck around. I was afraid he was going to run away to Tomoyo immediately.

It is the end for Tsubasa, but keep in mind that xxxHolic is continuing, so things Tsubasa related can still be explained.

Crappy ending! I just got the impression that CLAMP was aproaching a deadline and quickly draw some crap to end the story. I'm very disappointed, no words can express my contempt.
I'll hug your problems away.

If I remember rightly, somewhere in the story it explains that
Watanuki is a part of and related to Syaoran's existence - an anomaly created due to the new timeline/universe that was created because of Syaoran's indecision and Yuko's freezing that moment in time so that the whole thing could be re-lived and a different choice made to save Sakura. So, it makes sense that they have the same birthday. Sorry I can't explain it any better than that. Like the rest of you, I'm struggling to understand exactly what happened when and how, etc.
If you've ever thought or said "Nice Guys finish last" and really meant it, then you should probably read this LJ post by DivaLion. It's incredibly insightful whether you're male or female.
