Japanese pancake (not Okonomiyaki)

Hi
I am looking for a recipe for pancakes.
Last year I was in Tokyo. In the streets you could buy pancakes, they were absolutely delicious. They were very different from pancakes in other places (Europe, US, Hong Kong, as far as I know). The biggest difference was the whip cream they used. It looked very heavy, but it was not (if that makes sense) and it would not become watery at all. The pancakes were usually folded so you could walk around eating. You also had a choice between a lot of fruits to add (and chocolate).
Does anybody know a recipe for this pancake and whip cream?
This was the only image I found:

That's called a crepe. There are a bunch of online recipes, why not use those?

If you live in the right area, you can probably go to a restaurant that specifically sells crepes. Just type "crepes restaurant near [your city, your state]" and it can give you a location near you.
Of course, you can also get it at other restaurants as well (like IHOP).
But next time use one of these threads...

Thank you for the quick answers.
khmershinobi and Toto: It is indeed a sort of crepe, but I am looking for that specific crepe. I live in Belgium and we have a lot of crepes here, but they are very different in taste (in my opinion). My boyfriend went to cooking school and he says he has no idea how to make it (and he just made me a 'normal' one today), so I really think it is quite different from the crepes in my neighbourhood.
The texture of the crepes in Tokyo are a bit harder and the whip creme filling is really good.

Well, then you might want to figure out if it is indeed a regional recipe (Japanese crepe) vs a special recipe just for that location/set of street vendors.
You probably already seen this, but here it is anyway...

I have a suggestion maybe you can contact some of the vendors and ask them what they do to create the signature taste (though they might not tell you...).
Also, you might as well experiment with different recipes to find one that's similar in taste and consistence.
Possibly you can try rice milk, soy milk, whole milk, cream, half-n-half, and almond milk in the recipe. Though you're also going to have to figure out what each does to the recipe from practice before you get it right... as different fat content and proteins will change how the chemicals will react.
