I think it's a shoujo manga, and i remember reading about it because someone wrote a summary of it or something.

This girl has a crush on her old childhood friend and is going to be meeting him again after a few years at a goukon (blind group dates, pretty much). there she meets a cool guy and talks to him, then the group says "<her childhood friend's name> Come over here!" She looks over and sees a girl wearing a skirt glaring her down.

Pretty sure it's not scanlated either, though it might've been picked up. Any help would be nice 😀
