I tried searching for every related tag I could think of but couldn’t seem to find it. If anyone has any idea what this is I would be really grateful.

It’s a series I read a while ago about a poor girl (who was maybe living alone or an orphan?) who finds an old man collapsed on the street and helps him to the hospital. It ends up he is super rich and invites her to his house to (I think) marry one of his grandsons.

Also I think there were two grandsons, both about her age (high school).

I’m thinking this might be an obscure one-shot tankoubon that I no longer own.
