The first episode of this anime is out and from just the first episode it follows the manga pretty well. anyone else got an opinion of it?

I found it very enjoyable. The ED song gave me a headache though.

Does anyone know how many episodes there will be? I doubt it will turn into a shonen epic, since far as I know only jump series get that treatment, would be nice though.

agreed it should have been something more on the lines of luffy

i couldnt get used to his voice. it just doesn't fit.
hopefully fairy tail will do better than the rave master anime where it got canceled 😔

if they changed the voice actor now it would be strange!

it was amazingly cheesy, voices were off from what I thought, completely thrown off by Happy voice. Sorta getting Rave Master flashbacks from watching that episode. Good manga turned bad anime.

i agree, dont much care for Natsu or Happy's voice, and i wasn't impressed by it visually either, especially that cheap ass looking magic the fake Salamander was using

I so expected Luffy's voice for Natsu and Chopper's voice for happy! xD
Oh well...

The animation is pretty shitty/cheap. Whats up with the magic circles? and don't even get me started on recycled scenes...
Even the early One Piece episodes weren't this bad...or even Rave Master...

I might drop the anime in the next few eps >=|

Everyday I'm tumblin'

I was fairly disappointed. Although I didn't expect it to be on par to some of the other fall anime, the voicing... oh man. Natsu. I'll probably drop it soon, it was an interesting to see it animated but, not enough to keep me watching.

Lol wen i first heard natsu speak im like :S like the others say i would have hoped for a luffyish voice aswell .. i didnt like Lucy's way of speaking either kinda felt annoying 😐

2 episodes are out and subbed and i watched them and...i think i like this. it's not the best i've seen but if it follows the manga it can become pretty good. like people said, natsu's voice sounds too old for him (which is older than 80? or something? 😀 )

I wanted Eclipse or DB to sub this anime. But you can't get anything in life. At least not just yet.
Funny show and follow the line of the anime so far. I hope it does't go to the dark side.
