Hi, this is my first time making a new topic so I wasn't sure where to put this. I'm sorry if this is in the wrong forum.

I noticed this manga on a manga aggregation site and I recognized it because I've read the OFFICIAL ENGLISH version on the official site (which can be read for free as far as I know). Now the publisher has this copyright policy on their website:

*"You may not copy nor transferr to any other website all the materials (including sentences, images, logos and icons) on this website except for your personal and non-commercial use only.
You may not transfer part/all of the materials on this websiteto any other websites or internal corporation networks even if it is for personal use and it is infringement of copyright laws." *

It can be found here

In spite of the policies clearly stated on the site, the chapter can now be found everywhere on the net.

Now as someone who recently joined the scanlation scene, I'm a little worried that this might pose a huge problem. So my question is, does this usually happen? Because this is the first time I've seen it in an already translated and "free" official online chapter. Should we be worried about this? Will the aggregation sites decide to take it down eventually?

I don't think the scanlators knew it was already translated officially since the page specifically said to read the official manga if it is licensed in your country. It could also be that they translated it before the English version came out. Scanlators wouldn't waste time and effort to translate a manga that has already been translated.

The only site (that I know of) that would take it down is Batoto.

I don't think the group was aware of the translated version too. But I'm sure the official one came out earlier. The scanlated version was released the other day and I've already read the official version some weeks ago.

I know that japanese manga available online has already been scanlated before (I worked on one) and that batoto doesn't host those. I just wasn't sure how the "already translated" weighed on this
