have you ever been so obssessed with someone, or something... that you would feel painful without it, or not existing within your vision?

maybe cigarettes, lover, one-sided crush, games, collectables, jewelry, or any kind of obssession, which you would consider pretty bad...
( i got this thread idea from the movie obssessed )... 😀

to be honest i think i was obssessed with this card game that i used to play in high school, that i would pay alot of my pocket money to buy new ones, considering it was popular by alot of people around me, and it was addicting how i gain things from winning in small tournaments and how i can really play differently with different cards...
but i feel stupid now thinking how i wasted abit of my life playing that dumb game....

Well, since I'm kind of obsessive compulsive, yes, lots of them. Like washing hands, keeping things clean...

Separate from that would also be, currently, manga! Yeah I spend a lotta time reading it.

i cant believe i was stupid enough to forget that i was obsessed with manga/anime as well.... haha... ironic how this is a manga site as well...
but i wasnt THAT obssessed though, ... i mean i read ALOT, but i wouldnt go as far as go to like anime conventions or dress up like an anime character......

and yea im very germaphobic as well, as well as being scared of hissing critters like cockaroaches, centipedes, and etc...
and no i aint a sissy, but i just have a bad childhood experience that caused me to have this fear which i have yet to get rid of 😔

I have more of an addictive personality than an obsessive one. I guess I was obsessed with one of my ex-boyfriends, but I think I had good reason. Things were very good between us in certain areas of the relationship.

yep i couldn't live without my laptop, mobile phone and tv.

Anime, manga and games. I cant live without those. 😀

I'd call it more of an extreme addiction then a obsession, though. I mean, technically, I could live without them, it'd just be veeerrry difficult. Not to mention I'd be really moody/violent without them. (Books and Manga especially allow me to channel/control my emotions, even when I'm not reading them at that point or time.)

My obsessions vary.

Ok i'll be general then. It's usually the internet (a computer is useless without the internet in my eyes).
I get hooked to things very easily (shame it never works with revision though), so there are phases where I play my video games religiously, then I just stop and don't play for months.

My manga addiction is pretty bad though. Nearly 4 years on the trot this one's been going on.

I think I can safely conclude that Internet and Manga are my obsessions 🤣

Internet, dramas, manga, and piano. I love all, and it's hard to go a day without each. Well manga I can do without for a day/week or so, but not the rest!^^
