Try the Completed Manga List. It's not long and you can find those with male protagonists through the plot summaries.

Most of them are completely scanlated, I think.

This site allows you to search by filtering genres and other stuff, one of which I'm sure is whether or not its completely scanlated.

You could filter out hentai etc, and also if you make it only search for certain genres like shounen and senien for example(manga genres geared toward male readers) you increase your odds of a male main character.
