Exactly!!! Thats why I love him and Aizen. Aizen is strong and enjoys toying with and manipulating people, but Mayuri is just sadistic. He doesn't just want to defeat you, he wants to crush you in the most demeaning way possible. Its like his plan is to actually delude you into thinking that you've got a chance and feign defeat, only to say, "fooled you!!" at the last moment. He's like Orochimaru from Naruto or Gendo from Evangelion. He goes way beyond being harsh or cold.
