I was actually wondering if it was MINASE Masara based on the overall character art, which looks a bit similar when looking at the one on the right. The mouths are drawn a bit like MISHIMA Kazuhiko's style, also...

I'm sorry I don't know it myself but... Actually I don't think it's ether MINASE Masara or MISHIMA Kazuhiko because from both of them I read almost all the manga's and this doesn't seem familiar to me.
Also MISHIMA Kazuhiko's style is different. And if you look closely you can see it isn't MINASE Masara ether.
I don't know all the works of ZAOU Taishi to well, but it could be (I don't know which one, sorry)
